Radiated Emissions & ImmunityThe SAMRT BMS (Battery Management System) model R32ND passed tests for radiated emissions and electromagnetic immunity, ensuring that the system operates without emitting harmful electromagnetic interference and can also withst and external interference without malfunctioning. It complies with EN IEC 61000-6-3:2021 and EN IEC 61000-6-1:2019 standards
Hazardous Chemical TestingThe SAMRT BMS models, including R32ND, have been tested for compliance with the RoHS Directive. The results confirmed that the models do not contain hazardous substances such as lead, mercury, cadmium, or hexavalent chromium, making them compliant with RoHS standards.
UPS Supercapacitor PerformanceThis test evaluated the performance of ENERCAP's 48VDC 10kWh supercapacitor module in a UPS system. It far exceeded initial expectations, providing 1 hour and 35 minutes of operation instead of the predicted 12 minutes, highlighting its efficiency and reliability as a replacement for traditional VRLA batteries. The test showed stable voltage and current profiles and confirmed its superior performance in UPS applications.
METS Chemical ParametersThis test assesses the presence of restricted substances such as Cadmium (Cd), Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), Hexavalent Chromium (Cr VI), Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBBs), Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDEs), and Phthalates in the Pouch Cell 20 Wh sample. The test results confirm that all restricted substances were Not Detected (ND), ensuring compliance with RoHS Directive (EU) 2015/863.
ENCAP 10kWh 48V Efficiency Test at Various C-RatesThis test evaluated the ENCAP 10kWh 48V module by assessing its performance in terms of efficiency at different charge/discharge rates (0.5C, 1C, and 5C) at room temperature (20°C ± 5°C). The test measured the round-trip efficiency and coulombic efficiency for each rate.
IEC 61071:2017 Compliance (Energy Storage System)This test assesses the ENCAP 10K-48-1C-4PA-X-X-X-1V0_GEN1 energy storage system's compliance with IEC 61071:2017, which specifies the testing requirements for capacitors in energy storage applications. The capacitor was subjected to a voltage test, with no failure, puncture, or flashover occurring. The test confirmed that the system passed under IEC 61071:2017 standards, including appropriate clearance distances between terminals and the metal case. The product's performance was evaluated for its ability to withstand the necessary electrical and thermal conditions.
ENSERVER (PCS500) Safety & PerformanceThe PCS500 inverter was tested to ensure compliance with IEC 61000-6-4 and IEC 61000-6-2 standards, assessing both electromagnetic emissions and immunity. The test results confirmed that the inverter meets the necessary safety and performance requirements for electromagnetic interference (EMI) and immunity to disturbances. It successfully passed the tests for electrostatic discharge, radiated disturbances, and surge immunity, ensuring reliable operation in various environments.
Bidirectional Inverter (PCS500) EMC TestingThe PCS500 bidirectional inverter underwent EMC testing to ensure compliance with EN IEC 61000-6-4:2019 and EN IEC 61000-6-2:2019 standards. The inverter successfully passed all emission and immunity tests, including conducted emissions, radiated emissions, and several immunity tests like electrostatic discharge, surge immunity, and voltage dips. The results confirmed that the inverter operates reliably without interference and can withstand environmental electromagnetic disturbances.
